Step 1 - Contact Us

Step 2 - Design 

We use SolidWorks to design and evaluate all our designs according to the requirements of the client. 

Step 3 - Sheet Metal Cutting (and Tube)

Step 4 - Bending(if needed)

This is where the flat sheet of metal becomes a 3D Object.

Step 5 - Welding(if needed)

FACT : More than 50% of all man-made products require welding. From the cars, planes, and trains that we travel about in, to the buildings that we live and work in, they all need a spot of welding before they become fully functional. 

Step 6 - Finishing Touches

This is where the parts gets ready for additional processes like Electrostatic Powder Coating or for packaging depending on the requirements.

Step 7 - Powder Coating(if needed)

Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, corrosion, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finishes. Colors stay bright and vibrant longer, color selection is virtually limitless with high and low gloss, metallic, and clear finishes available. Powder coat texture selections range from smooth surfaces to a wrinkled or matte finish, and rough textures for hiding surface imperfections.

   This method of coating is environmentaly safe and our recycle feature also minimizes waste and, therefore, greatly reduces waste disposal costs as well as potential harm to the environment.  

Step 8 - Assembly (if needed)

We have a dedicated assembly team with zones dedicated to such needs.

Step 9 - Packaging and Sending

We package our products with the most regard for its safe arrival.
